Warranty Details: Our warranty provides coverage for 1-Year from the date of purchase. Coverage Warranty covers only the movement. Exclusions Water damage is not covered. Watches serviced or opened by unauthorized parties will void the warranty. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to negligence. External components, including straps, crystals, and cases, are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or bracelet stretching, is excluded. Warranty is void for damage from accidents, misuse, or exceeding water resistance limits. Repairs All warranty repairs must be authorized and processed through us. Claims To initiate a warranty claim, contact us for a return authorization number and include your invoice and a description of the issue. Shipping Customers cover shipping for warranty claims; we cover return shipping after repair. International Warranty does not cover international customers. Transferable Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise specified.
